They say smooth seas don’t make a great sailor. If that’s true, consider me a salty sea dog of a captain.

I’ve co-founded and scaled ventures across LATAM and Europe—navigating founder tensions, financial near-misses, and more than a few sleepless nights in leadership freefall.

Scaling a company is a lot like sailing—you can’t draw a straight line and expect calm. It’s about reading the wind, adjusting quickly, and staying ahead of the current.

Eventually, you learn: no storm lasts forever, no map is perfect, and no one gets far alone. Every journey starts with trust—so lean in, and I’ll share the waters I’ve crossed.

  • In Pulp Fiction, Mr. Wolf is the guy you call when things go sideways—calm, precise, and always a step ahead. He doesn’t just solve problems; he brings clarity under pressure, cuts through chaos, and gets things back on track. That’s the energy I bring—no ego, just outcomes. Whether it’s navigating complex decisions, aligning teams, or unlocking momentum, I step in when it matters most—helping leaders not just solve problems, but build something stronger in the process.

  • For over a decade, Julio has been at the forefront of impact entrepreneurship in Latin America, challenging traditional narratives and paving new paths for human potential. As the co-founder of three purpose-led enterprises, his work has focused on reimagining the future of work and fostering innovation across multi-sectorial settings. Today, he helps leaders and organizations navigate the complexities of scaling to drive meaningful change and create sustainable impact.

My Journey.

I didn’t plan on becoming an entrepreneur. I tried changing things from the inside—until a couple of failed coups made me rethink my strategy. I needed to find the ones breaking it from the outside.

Back then, entrepreneurship had a reputation: risky, unstable—a backup plan for people who couldn’t cut it in the “real world.” Friends and family weren’t shy about reminding me. But I saw something else—a chance to build what didn’t exist and challenge the status quo.

Before coworking reshaped how work dynamics and offices were designed, I cofounded Impact Hub Mexico City, creating a space for social entrepreneurs before the local ecosystem even existed. When corporations still treated social innovation as a side project, Cirklo positioned it as a core business driver—years before the market caught up. And at a time when failure was something you hid, Fuckup Nights turned it into a global movement.

These weren’t just businesses; they were bets on the future. Each one required navigating uncertainty, convincing skeptics, and creating momentum from nothing.

At Fuckup Nights, I learned how to turn a philosophy into a structured, sustainable business. Mobilizing a global movement meant translating an idea into operating frameworks that could support three distinct business units. It was a balancing act—staying true to our values while making strategic decisions on sales, product development, and financial sustainability.

At Cirklo, I saw firsthand what it takes to align bold ideas with execution. We weren’t just introducing innovation management to Latin America—we were proving to corporate leaders that taking risks on sustainability wasn’t reckless, but necessary. To do that, I brought together consultants, designers, and strategists as transversal teams to develop new methodologies and programs that didn’t yet exist. Over time, our work helped shift industries, proving that profitability and impact weren’t opposing forces.

At Impact Hub, I learned how to build ecosystems, not just companies. We weren’t selling a service model—we were creating a new playing field for social entrepreneurs, impact investors, and corporate partners to collaborate. It was about leveraging partnerships, fostering trust, and shaping something bigger than any one company.

From Founder
to Strategic Partner.

These days, I team up with founders and execs navigating high-stakes growth—because I’ve been there.

I don’t show up with all the answers. I show up when the answers aren’t obvious—and help turn momentum into progress that actually holds.

What This Means for You.

Working together starts with trust—not a pitch. It’s about being honest about what’s working, what’s not, and whether I’m the right partner to help you move forward.

If the pressure’s rising and the stakes are real, I’m here to help you lead through it—with clarity, pace, and follow-through.
